Longer pieces, usually written to a strict template.

Brochures

BT logo I have produced numerous brochures for BT. These were written to strict layout guidelines and frequently were part of a broader project involving development of web copy, saleskit content and customer presentations.

IBM logo This piece came out of a whitepaper on the same topic, and was written to a strict template:

Case studies

SAP logo I have written and edited many case studies for SAP, both external (for use with customers) and internal (for education and sales support). They were all written to a strict template and wordcount. These are a few examples of customer-facing case studies:

IBM logo These case studies were written to an IBM template, based on site visits and telephone interviews with IBM and its customers. I have also produced many internal-only case studies for IBM, for sales training/sales support purposes. Here are some customer-facing pieces:
